My daughter joined Extramarks classes on March **** and I regularly paid monthly installment to Extramarks till date. But now due to financial crisis, I am not able to continue the classes for my daughter. I have already mailed to Extramarks regarding this but still no result. They are telling that as you have joined our classes , you have to have pay the amount. Its your problem, how you manage to get the money. I am not able to pay and want to cancel the package. But they do not listen. I do not expect this type of service from Extramarks. They are saying that after * days, its not possible to cancel the package. I have already told them so may times that at that time I didn't have any financial issue that's why I joined Extramarks. If I know that after certain time, I will have financial issue then I definitely do not take the package. I have requested them to find alternate solution for the same but they stick to their words. Pls help me in this regard.
