I booked hotel @Gurgaon through OYO and paid ****/- for online booking and got confirmation from OYO. Next I cross checked my booking with hotel and hotel has denied my booking. Again I contacted with OYO and after few mintues holding me, OYO executive advised my to pay Rs.****/- additional at Hotel on check-in which will be refunded by OYO on my check out on respective date. I believe OYO's instructions. On Check-in time, I paid Hotel Rs.****/- and asked hotel to give me a receipt of the same. But Hotel denied and told OYO will be providing bill for your booking. On spot I contacted OYO and call transferred to hotel and OYO has talk with hotel. After entering room, i got really surprised, room was so dirty and smelling, bed sheet was not replaced (which I believe just half n hour back someone has used the same bed on hourly basis) and asked to replace the bed sheet, but hotel attitude was so bad. Since it was already evng, I somehow managed one night and next day morning I checked out based on the discussion with OYO. They committed that with *-** days refund will reach to my account. Yesss....refunded partial amount against online payment as Rs.****/- after deducting * night charges. Since **th July'**, I am continuously following up with OYO for balance refund which they have agreed and mailed me to refund balance ****/-. But till date no refund. I think OYO is cheater business group and every hour they are cheating the people.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
