I had booked a flat in September **** in Godrej Seven,Joka.They had promised completion by December **** with construction by L&T group.When they sent a draft Agreement for Sale it was written December **** and construction by a local architect company.I immediately cancelled the flat in November,****.I was told I shall get entire refund but till date I have called the marketing agent around *** times and he has not provided me with any refund status update nor has he provided me with any alternate contact of any other person concerned.Its already been more than * months and they are robbing many in similar way by doing false verbal promises
