Godrej Properties Limited - CHEATED BY GODREJ PROPERTIES

I am an NRI customer who bought a piece of land through Square Yards in the Godrej Reserve project. The team was full of blunders from day one. When there were delays in payment due to unforseen cisrcumstances during the COVID, we kept them informed and were asked to pay the balance in full. After they asked us to come to India for registration, they pulled the plug and asked us to pay penal interestes and stopped the registration. My wife is stuck in India and none of the godrej executives including their senior team respond to anything. It is safer to not rely on the brand names as they do not matter. We just placed our trust on the Brand and we statnd where we are today incurring huge costs and my wife who works as well is stranded in Bengaluru and is returning after incurring enormous costs. The mental trauma of dealing with Godrej team has been enormous. We are approaching the consumer courts as their senior management marked on mails never come to the fore to resolve anything. Square Yards collected their commissions and disappeared.
