I have booked flight tickets on ** Jan **** (Travel date is ** March ****) with my family Delhi to Patna due to corona they are not able to travel however flight company cancelled the tickets, as per govt statement flight company have to refund full amount.

It's been more then month still no refunds had been initiated. I need help to get refund as sson as possible.
I am trying to mail them always response me within ** days my refund will be e in my account however on *st June I get a mail from them **** rupees has been refunded to my E-wallet when I check that there is no amount they already detect that amount **** rupees from the account. By the way my ticket was worth rupees ***** from up and down. Here is the below attached mail for your reference.
