Dear Sir / Madam
On **st Feb ****, I booked a bus (booking id GOBUS*f****a*ea) from Pune to Bengaluru from Goibibo website. I have been informed on the call that the bus had been cancelled by the management. Moreover, I have been told that the refund would be processed in next * days. It has been months following them through their customer service, but no refund has been credited to me. I want the money to be refunded back and an apology for causing so much inconvenience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
