I have purchased dell inspiron **** laptop ** inch from dell official website. Unfortunately the laptop sent to me by dell is a defective. It has backlight bleeding issue in the display. Now its ** days since purchase but the whole unit replacement team is not giving me any update on the replacement. My laptop is entitled for wur replacement. Then also the dell india company is least bothered to give me a new system.
