I recharged my Videocon d*h STB on **/**/** with Gold package + English channels as add on for Rs *** from my debit card. They took the payment smoothly but never activated the channels for us. We tried numerous times to follow their rules but still they have not activated my package.Every time we were calling them we got only one reply that switch on the STB product for ** mins n wait, it will automatically start .They r running a scam behind such a Big Company. I want to u to take strict action against them.
