My complaint is that I recharged * month unlimited pack from Airtel Thanks app. Money has been debited from my account but the status is still "in progress". The app told me they recharge will be done in * hour and if not, they will update me. It's been ** hours and there has been no update whatsoever. I double recharged to see if things change but nothing changed. The status of the purchases are both still "in progress" and I even filed a complaint to which the app said "expected response by **th May *:**pm" and although it's already *:** at the time of writing this complaint, I still haven't received any updates.
On one hand, I'm unable to make calls because of the unsuccessful recharge and on the other hand, the money debited from my account is making me worry.
