Dear Sir,
I have recharged ***/- pack in which ** days unlimited talktime provide by company as mentioned in thair thanks app .
but after my recharge neither provided ** days unlimited talktime facility extra from my previous validity nor return my recharge amount back.
they will only provide me *GB data in *** rupees recharge. I have also called many time thair customer support team regarding this matter but they not provide a satisfactory resolution.
please reverse my amount or increase validity period in case not return back.
you may also provide your term and condition for recharge which available for customer.
