I ordered realme air buds * white color on flipkart on ** April and got it delivered on ** April but when I opened it a local cheap company product was there in original packaging of realme buds box and packaging of realme box was teared so I raised a complaint with flipkart after half an hour for the replacement and pick up date was given ** april but no pick up was done on ** April, * may . On *nd may a delivery executive came for a pickup ,I hand over him the product and when asked for slip as proof, he said that I will get a message in the evening , I trusted him. Later on that evening I got a message that pick up was cancelled by customer and customer want to keep the product I was shocked because I never done that but ekart executive fraud me I think so. I called up flipkart and raise a complaint about this and then they said wait for a week so I also called that delivery executive to know what happened but he didnt pick up my call. Next day i contact flipkart support they arrange new return but agin when I hand over the product the delivery executive said will tell me in evening and again my return is cancelled so I called him , he is saying that flipkart support has to send mail in which it is written to pick up the product as he is saying my product value is above ₹**** and they cancelled the return because flipkart make fine on local ekart hub. Name of ekart hub was mangal pandey nagar e kart hub . Now don't know how to resolve this issue as no one from flipkart is trying to solve my issue just delaying the process and ekart guy is not ready to help from his side. I got frustrated literally
