I have ordered "MOBILZA Power Bank Charging Data Cable Combo for iPhone *S * *S & *S Plus ** cm-White" from amazon.in on dated on ** Nov'**** as it was required for my business travel purpose. I have received the parcel before the estimated time on ** Nov'****. But when i open the parcel i have seen there is a single white color cable, where i supposed get * data cable (One long & one short) as per the product descriptions written.

Instantly i have called Amazon customer care, they asked for apology and asked me to return the product and assured me they will send me the same in ** hours.
Today, on ** Nov'**** i have received the parcel, when i opened its again a red colored single data cable insisted of two (which described earlier).
Instantly i have called amazon customer care and spoke to them over ** mins which was not worth of talking. I have described them again that i have ordered the same for my travel purpose and i am leaving today * pm and i don't have option to purchase it locally. It will be hard for me to charge the phone while i will travel and i will miss all my business calls, that will be huge financial loss for me.
They had given me the option again to replace it, I asked them to make refund and picked the product before my leaving but they have refused it, I have asked for solutions, they had no option. I have asked them what the reason of making us fool, as its showing something eles and providing something eles, as they have explained that they dont have any responsibility what suppliers are providing, I am not satisfied with the answers as i know amazon, not the suppliers and i have placed the orders from amazon itself.
Then i asked the customer care for some docket number or some documents that can proof my complaints & entire details, they also denied for the same.
I am seeking some legal action for this kind of fraud from a wellknown company like amazon, where they are misleading the people and frauding with customers money.
