I purchased the Fireboltt Rock BT Smartwatch and encountered a charging issue, prompting me to file a complaint. The company initiated a reverse pickup in response to my ticket. After persistent follow-ups spanning four weeks, the company informed me that the same model was unavailable for replacement. They presented the option to choose a different model or receive a coupon for the defective product. Opting for the coupon, I intended to contribute additional funds for an upgraded model.
To my surprise, instead of the expected coupon, I received a different model (Fireboltt Eclipse) without prior communication. The new model failed to display caller names for incoming calls, leading me to visit the service center. They took back the watch, promising a response within *-* weeks.
After a subsequent *-* week wait, I received the same model (Fireboltt Eclipse) as a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement still exhibited the same issue. In summary, I initially purchased the Fireboltt Rock, encountered issues, received the Fireboltt Eclipse as a replacement, which also had problems. Despite a subsequent replacement of the Fireboltt Eclipse, the issue persists.
I am seeking a replacement for the Fireboltt Rock, a refund, or a coupon as a resolution.
