I ordered a electric gel pad from company named CASA from flipkart on **th june **** . They sent me some chep product which has no company name on it and it was not the product i ordered but when i looked for return or replacement as i wanted the original product i had ordered the flipkart showin no option for that. Tt has happened with me twice ...in january also i ordered for same product and they sent me wrong and faulty product which coudn't be replaced siting stupid reasons by custimer support team...i bear with my loss that time...but it happened again. Company should be responsible for this and send me original product or give me my money back.
