Myntra fashion - Received a poor quality product

I have ordered total * products from myntra i kept * of them which i liked n placed a return request for return of remaining * ...* of which is picked up n refunded sucessfully
But remaining two they are not attempting the pickup i have placed the request so many time ...talked to there customer support so many time but not getting any response from them too
So please help me out to get these product return to the company and make my refund back
