I am unable to login to my myntra account. My account shows locked. I wasn't sent any information regarding this. I am a regular customer at Myntra. I have many insider points. The customer care number is not functioning due to COVID **. The email address: support@mytra.com is not accepting any mails currently. Not being able to contact the customer service because I can't login to the app. Please unlock my account and the team should tell me why this happened.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
