Myntra fashion - Account blocked with no further notice

I ordered a keans on myntra. Today on **/**/**** it is delivered. When i opened the packet the product was not what I ordered. So i opened the app it automatically logged out and whn i try to login my account they say the account is locked. Please contact customer care.
This is not acceptable with such big company. This was *rd or *th order from my account.
