I bought TCL *K UHD LED Android Smart tv on **th November **** from amazo.in O found some problem in mother board and some flashing in the screen while changing the channels.or seeing camera videos I put up the complaint Some engineers has visited and informed that there is software update or change mother board need to happen and he will visit in couple of days along with software update but no one has come so far. Today when I checked again on call center they told me their is some defect on some part which need to be changed.
My question is that it's not even * month old TV and a part got damaged which Need replacement. I am not happy with this and since the TV is in warranty I expect to change the TV rather just changing the part as I lost trust on the existing TV SET. I need replacement of my TV else or refund of money
