Cars24 - RC not transferred even after sale of CAR
PARAS MAHENDRU filed complaint against Cars24 on Sep 15, 2021
I have sold my Car to CARS **,faridabad branch, in May **** and they have further sold to some dealer who again sold it to some buyers.
It has been * years, i have following up with CARS ** for RC Transfer to new buyer's name but they are just giving lame excuses that due to COVID it is getting delayed etc.
Now they told me that have raised an FIR against dealer but when i asked for FIR number there is no response.
So, still RC is on my name and i am not sure where the car is.
Every time they say that you are covered under customer protection scheme etc.
Pathetic Service from CARS**.
