had booked Goa tickets and had cancelled the same on *-Nov-****. no refund of the amount received from then . I dully got the sms saying it will be refunded. From then i am following on phone to receive UPI trfr ref no. they said out an email - no respond on email too.
Amount was trfred via Paytm linked with UPI account to my Bank.
Bank has received the amt till date.
really helpless as i m talking to walls to revert from any end.
please can you get a solution.
