They have allowed a fake seller to advertise in their website which is against their own policy.
Quikr has violated its own listing policy by allowing a fake seller impersonating another brand. I had sent them proof and evidence about him ** days back and they still have allowed him to post ads as new as just two days old under names like Radha, Kavita, Varsha. The worst part is they wrote to me back saying they could find no ad under this number when a simple search from me brought over *** ads listed by the fake seller. If the seller is fraud then Quikr is equally culpable for allowing such practices which violates their own norm despite me highlighting them long back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
