Quikr - Quikr Not responding Against Ownership Transfer

I sold my Honda Activa MH**GV**** on **th may **** to Quikr for ***** including ownership transfer, insurance etc. Quikr told me that they will take responsibility of ownership transfer, insurance and took the original document. They send me an acknowledgement for the same taking responsibility but on February **** I got a legal notice for payment of Rs *** as fine. Then after further investigation I found that the ownership is not transferred. I contacted by email and described the entire thing but no response expect that they will resolve my issue. I keep on sending email but no answer. I contacted over phone and one guy told me to make a online transfer in Vahan website and send it to them. Then I did the same but still no response. Now I am facing mental issues as I am unbale to determine whom to contact as quikr team is not responding whereas they have acknowledged the same by email. Quikr is doing fraud consumers as they did not respond to email or calls whereas they have agreed to provide the service in written format. I have paid all the fines of *** and also insurance as I am receiving legal notice. I have sold in less price as I was going out of India and not staying in India. Quikr keep on creating service request and do not resolve my issue. I am facing lots of trauma and mental issue as I am not able to contact nor do anything whereas quikr is driving my sold Activa and all the fines as coming in my name.
