Quikr - Quikr Executive Rahul took Rs and did nothing

On **.**.**** Mr Rahul came to our office and promise to provide business with his company scheme. He promised that on daily basis, I will receive leads. In lieu of this he send me a payment link and get Rs.***** including GST transferred to his company account.
From next day he stopped picking my call. I called him many many times but he didn't respond. May be one or two time he picked my call and excused that he is in meeting or busy. This caused me much harassment. Then I tried customer care no +************ but this no is not at all contactable to any of quikr executive. This harassed me further. Meanwhile, I had sent message to Mr Rahul on whats app that I don't want your such services and don't get my pack activated and refund my money. Also I send mail to company's mail ID (services@quikr.com) and his executive Mr Anit Kumar Pani's mail (anitkumar.pani@quikr.com) on **.**.****, **.**.****, **.**.****, **.**.**** and **.**.**** but there is no reply from their side.
Now, I request you to help me to get my money refund and punishment to Mr Rahul and Anit Kumar pani for harassing me and also harassment money from their salary so that they think many time to harass any other person.
