My car has gone through a serious accident on **th November on the road while driving from Ramachandrapur, Keonjhar towards THAKURMUNDA, MAYURBHANJ, ODISHA.
My car was running below **km/hour. It's a quiet lonely road one bike was on the left at the speed of **-** kmph I tried to overtake the bike then there was a bike coming from the front, so I tried to turn the steering towards my left but my car's steering has not turned towards left and it went towards the right. I tried to stop the car by using the foot brake but the brake did not work and the car went off the road towards the right that bike from my right side hit my car on the right side and then I hit a tree very badly. The strange part is that the AIRBAG even did not do its act. The photos and video are attached to this complaint letter for your reference. There you can see the condition and assume the scary consequence.
Please Note:- The annual regular car servicing had been done just last month, on **th October ****, in an authorized service center - Gugnani Auto cars, Danagadi, Jajpur, Odisha.
Such negligence in providing safety essentials and needful services was never expected from TATA MOTORS. It has put a huge question mark on Tata's reputation and reliability.
I need an answer about how safe it is for me to drive a Tata motor with my family- my wife, my child, and my senior citizen parents.
An acceptable answer and an appropriate explanation are expected from Tata Motors.
By showing such negligence in its safety and service, Tata motors is putting its consumer's valuable life in danger. Today, our trust in Tata motors has been shaken. It seems that driving a Tata motor is life-threatening. Highly disappointed.
