Vlcc Health Care Limited - Quality of service

I took laser treatment in VLCC. First signed up for * individual laser sessions for under arm(Rs. ****/- each per session total Rs.****/-). Then signed up for full body laser (For Rs. **,***/- they assured * sessions and **% hair reduction). Took * sessions of full body laser. With that * sessions were over for underarm and * for other areas. No improvement even for hair reduction was found. When asked both technician and manager said that there was problem in setting of machine and many customers complained with regard to the same. They convinced that they would redo the sessions and call back once the machine is ready. When contacted again they asked to take glutathione injections for complexion improvement so that the laser would work. I asked them that only on analysis of my skin and my colour they assured that there would be **% reduction and now they are convincing for another treatment. Further got laser burns in various skin parts (sample pictures attached). They are not bothered about quality of service and convince for additional treatments only. I raised online complaint in ingram where there is just partial response from company which is untrue with regard to pending amount of service too. I am neither with the quality of service nor their response. (due to the negligence got burns too) Need full refund of Rs.**,***/- Payment proof has been attached
