Vlcc Health Care Limited - Complaint Regarding Ineffective Laser Hair Reduction

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the ongoing laser hair reduction treatment I am receiving at your Jaipur, Malviya Nagar branch. I have completed four sessions, and I would like to highlight the issues I've experienced.

During my first session, I felt no pain at all, and unfortunately, the results were negligible. In contrast, the second session was painful, and I observed some positive results, which gave me hope that the treatment was working.

However, in both the third and fourth sessions, I did not feel the laser at all during the procedure, and I have seen no results following these sessions. I brought this to the attention of both the manager, Lakshita and the technician, Shivani, expressing my concerns about the lack of sensation during the procedure and the absence of results afterward.

The technician mentioned that my body might have adapted to the laser, which is why I am not feeling it. This explanation seems implausible, especially considering this is my first time undergoing such treatment. It is difficult to believe that my body could have adapted to the sensation after just one session.

When I raised this issue with the manager, I was told that it would be addressed in my next session. Unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve the situation at that time, and I continue to be concerned about the effectiveness of treatment.

Now for my *th session they have delayed it or it is late like almost a month. Because their machine is under repair.

I have even wrote to "feedback@vlccwellness.com" and "Indiacontact@vlccgroup.com" but got no response.
