Took my money, and asked me to wait for * hours for the get the product finalized.
Then after * hours, they said that the money didn't reached them. I asked my bank the very next day, they said that the payment was successful.
After making them realize of this thing, they said that the money may have been stuck in their gateway, and hence would be reverted by ** hours.
I waited for another ** hours and asked the bank too, bank said that the money has already been paid to TataCliq, hence you need to ask them.
I called them repeatedly and also mailed them along with the bank transactions, then they told that the money would be refunded within ** hours as it is with them.
They took almost ** days to refund my money, though at first they denied having received the money and therefore I cannot buy the product at the best price and also the offers were also not availed which incurred me great psychological as well as capital loss.
I want this company to pay me interest for the ** days they took my money or the difference in price of the same product they were offering as in my local market, plus the offer money which I needed to pay now, as it is not for free now.
