Ksrtc - Proper bus not provided

I had booked for a club class bus from Mysore to Bangalore and the booking details have been attached asunder. But despite booking it a week before they made us travel in a normal bus and upon asking authorities they told us to adjust the available bus not even refunding the differential fare. Kindly act on this and make sure that this doesn't happen from next time. Promising something and delivering something else. I am writing this just to make sure that the public doesn't face such instances.
