I and my brother got into this Airavat bus at Hassan, Karnataka since our earlier bus from Mangalore broke down. On board I requested for a bottle of water since I was thirsty. The conductor refused and pulled the water bottle from me and spoke to me rudely stating you can get down from the bus. KSRTC this is not the way you operate. Shame.
