I ported my number in airtel on **th Dec ****. As per the time of porting airtel executive told me I will be getting the paper bill and e-bill and they are having the best networks in my area.
Firstly I raised a complaint on ** Dec **** for the network. The complain till date not resolved and after that multiple complains are being made. I contacted their nodal authority on *th May on mail and still, they are not able to provide me with any solutions. As I complain the networks get better for * to * days and again back to old issues even my number goes not reachable and many time I did not receive any calls but another person says he called me many times.
Secondly, they did not provide me with the proper bill as I got my first bill of January **** that too both on paper and e-bill but after that there is no bill in February and March. In April I got a bill that too on **th April and it may also come on **th May but the bill was supposed to come on *th of every month. Every time they stop my services claiming of non-payment but how can I pay without a bill and it's not my duty to call and get a bill every time. Because of every time issues, I have changed the sim and the mail id too but nothing is happening as I am only paying for using the internet only. Every time airtel says work will be done in ** hours but never done as come to frequency test once done at my site and the executive told me the networks are worse as airtel claim to have best networks in ** states including mine but still I am facing issues at my resident and in metro too.
