Y concerns are: *) My flight ticket has "cancellation protection" ,provided by goibibo for which extra premium of Rs***.** has been paid at the time of booking which is clearly mentioned in attached invoice. *) Ticket has been cancelled by airline itself on account of COVID-** lockdown and only airline fare was credited in airline's credit shell which was informed by airline and agent both. *) On May*,****, As per conversation via Direct Message and tweet on company twitter handle, I made assured regarding refund of the "cancellation protection premium" as it has been regretted for not extending the "cancellation protection service" on my ticket. The screenshot of same is being attached here for the reference. *) It has been since ** days after assurance of refund,no refund has been initiated by airline agent. On contacting several times via twitter and email, no reply was given. Even no proper direct customer support has been provided to me for resolution.
