Venkata Nimishakavi filed complaint against Byju Classes on Aug 9, 2022
When we purchased the product, we were promised to have classes on Mon-to-Fri after *:** PM and in English medium. But when the classes started they put us in Bi-Lingual medium (English/Hindi) and when complained they put us in Saturday classes which we cannot attend as have prior commitments on Saturdays. Had lots of calls and mails to support and mentor at BYJU and still issue not resolved. Even sent mail asking for refund of amount paid and still no response/refund.
Hence would like to raise this issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
