I have opted shiprocket fulfillment few months back. I have sent all my products to shiprocket warehouse in Bangalore. I have proof for this. But within * months I have decided to stop the services because of the very poor service of shiprocket. My business drastically went down and customers started complaining. My amazon seller account was almost at the edge of suspension. I have requested to give back my products. They returned the products and I have found that ** products worth *****/- is missing. I have the full statements of shipments, returns etc. and full proof of everything. I have contacted my account manager, shiprocket support team, grievence redressal many many times with reconciliation figures. But they are not responding properly. It is now more than a month. Already I faced huge loss because of shiprocket. I need to get back my products or equivalent money. I need Help
