Byjus Learning Online Products - Product sold with false statements and now denying the refund

above mentioned is my order no. which was placed on the *th of August **** and I received the product on the **th of August ****.
byjus representative misleadingly sold their learning application kit of grade * and grade * by stating that it includes the syllabus of lkg and ukg so I purchased their * yr plan of kg,* and * for my child who is in the class nursery this year. and once the package arrived I found that it had nothing of lkg and ukg it was starting from grade * itself, and immediately I contacted the person who sold me this and he said he will get it checked as there must be some confusion and will be rectified but they could come up with anything because this product was actually designed for kids of grade * and above and despite of me telling him ** times about my child's age and grade they sold me this thing which is not even of any use for my nursery child. also when am trying to reach them they have started making excuses and avoiding my calls and messages. I was even promised that this product is given to me for trial for a month and after a month only after my content they will deduct the amount that they blocked from the credit card but today I checked my card statement and found that the EMI is already been deducted yesterday **st August ****. I have explained to them a hundred times that what they have done with me is a fraud. they fraudulently sold a product for a child who is not even aged appropriate and now they are literally making me dance around them to unblock the amount they have held and also process for the return and refund and stop harassing parents who actually look up to apps like byjus for the future making tools for their kids in this situation of pandemic people are losing their jobs but still trying to manage for their kid's good education but what they get is been cheated by frauds like just a big name in education and this is how they treat their customers and harass them by blocking their money and not standing by their promise they made at the time of selling their products.
