We have placed return request of the product within ** days policy as it had dent in the door, from two weeks we are continuously contacting Flipkart customer care but have received any proper response or update. We have payed full amount already and they are not even giving refund also to reorder another one and because of which it is becoming difficult to manage in the house as we dont have other facility store food products, so we are stuck actually, please help.
