Ajinkya Jagtap filed complaint against Woodland on May 3, 2018
Hi,
This is Ajinkya. I brought woodland shoes on **-**-**** from Aero Club, Mysore. But after using for some time I realized that its getting to tight for my left leg fingers on width side. So, I decided to return it on **-**-**** to seek larger size. The Manager said There is no bigger size than this, we have to expand shoes in service centre. At First, I was hesitant and asked for large number or refund. But manager said give chance to it, then we will decide what to do.
After Four days I checked for it and shoes were still not fitting the size and my figers were still at pain. Then manager asked for second expansion and after one week, Again I checked for size. After wearing it for ** min it was creating pain in my left leg. I said Its not working and please get me large size or refund. The worker said Manager is on leave, check with him after two days.
Now manager is still hesitant to take any action on it. I have been to this shop five times and still no postive response. I thought woodland is well known brand and gives good service.
If this type of service you are giving then god knows how are you doing.
Please revert me on this issue with proper solution I have been stranded for * weeks on this and still shoes are in showroom.
