I had ordered * pairs of formal shoes on **/**/**** which was subsequently shown as cancelled in Paytm to which I complained on the help and support page of Paytm on **/**/**** for refund and till date I have not received any amount or any reply from Paytm for the query I have also raised a complaint from the call centre but yet there has been no progress.
