I ordered a customised wine glass (which Winni.in) has listed on their website under Personalised gifts. They state wine glass can be personalised and they can print images/texts on wine glasses. Basis the same I have placed and order and sent them an image to be printed. They called me less than ** hours after I had placed the order to say customisation is not possible, and nor can they cancel my order as they want to keep the money. So they will just send any wine glass without customisation. This is cheating and I would like my order cancelled as they aren’t delivering customisation and a full refund.My Order Id : ************
