ഞാൻ വാങ്ങിയ ഐറ്റം അതിന്റെ വാറണ്ടി പിരീഡിൽ തന്നെ കമ്പ്ലൈന്റ് ആയി. കമ്പ്ലൈന്റ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു മെക്കാനിക്ക് വീട്ടിൽ വന്നിരുന്നു എങ്കിലും suitable spare കിട്ടാത്തതിനാൽ replace ചെയ്തില്ല. ഏകദേശം അഞ്ചുമാസം ആയിട്ടും റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. ഇ-മെയിലിന് റിപ്ലൈ ഇല്ല.
