Jaquar Bath Fittings - MATERIAL NOT DELIVERED ON TIME

Dear Sir, Vide letter dated **/**/****, work order was placed to you for purchase of ** No. of regular Diverter, ** No. of regular Metropole, ** No. of high flow Diverter & ** No. of high flow Metropole. Vide letter dated **/**/****, work order was placed to you for purchase of *** No. of regular Diverter, *** No. of regular Metropole, ** No. of high flow Diverter & ** No. of high flow Metropole. As per discussion with your Jaguar Company executive we had ordered a before * month advanced & we were expected to get the materials of *st order near **/**/**** & *nd order near **/**/**** but as on today from *nd order *** No. of regular Metropole & ** No. of high flow Metropole. It can be very well observed that as per delivery date Since from *nd order yet we have not received the complete deliveries of materials. Also, I was continually following up with your Jaguar executive but there has been no response from your side in the matter and false assurances have been given every time. Please understand the complexity involved due to delay in supply of material from your end. You are very well aware of the current situation. The labours are sitting idle in such critical time due to insufficient material and getting wasted every day. Also we are unable to start a new activity as all these jobs are interconnected. I will take a legal action against you for this type of false promises by your end and who will be answerable for my all of these losses ? Kindly respond at the earliest. we had already dropped a two mail dated **-**-**** & **-**-**** to Head office, Local Dealer, Senior & Junior Sales Executive BUT TILL NOW DIDNT GET THE ANSWER BY THIER TEAM. please do in y matter and who will be liable for my all the losses till now and i had attached a work order which was already shared to Jaquar team.
