Myself fitted some jaquar sanitary fittings with my newly builted home including jaquar wash basin. Its been used rarely as myself settled abroad with family and visiting india one month/yr only.recently hair line crack observed on RH side and now its aggravated and crack can be seen more clearly and LH side hair line crack also developed. After their technician‘s visit, i was expecting proper response but no one revert till i made follow up and subject and they said claim rejected as failure due to external impact and unfortunately they didnt send copy of rejection letter yet(more than a week now).why do we select such expensive products with out durability and worst customer support.looking forward for prompt reply on subject.
