Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited and Flipkart - Product not repaired

I bought this “Flipkart Protect Extended Warranty”, herein after referred to as "EW” has been entered into between
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited. My product is still under warranty.
So on **th july **** I registered a complaint about not properly working of the Midea Front load washing machine to the Jeeves consumer services helpline *********** (Claim ID: CLJPO***********). There was a technician visit happened by the jeeves technician. After his visit my machine was more damaged, I dont know why but there must be some damage happened during the check.
So after some checkup the technician went & told me that company will update you further. After waiting for two buisness days my complaint/ case was automatically closed without any repair/prior information.
Now the company is saying that i have denied to bear the cost of plastic damage but this is not true because no one from whether company or technician has asked me about which part is damage or what would be its cost.
Now they are just opening & closing my complaints again and again without any discussions with me. I want to ask why is this happening, who is responsible. My machine is not working since **th of july **** which is keeping me & my family in trouble mentally as well as physically.
I want my case to be resolved as soon as possible by either repair or initiating my refund/replacement of the product.
