Sir I bought a LG Microwave oven while my posting tenure in hasimara on ** Dec ****. Within one and half year of usage it started creating problem. i called to LG costumer care regarding the fault, on my complaint their representative came to my place for rectification. When he opened the body of oven we got shocked to see that its full body got corroded and he told me that it is to be taken to service center in Couch behar. I took my oven to the service center on ** Aug **. After some days I received a call from service center saying that my oven is beyond repairable and you need to talk to LG area manager reagarding it. I called the manager, he told me that u will get then new set after deducting the depreciation value of my oven. till date I haven't received my set. LG costumer care is now saying that *-* years have been passed now we cant do anything. Please help me out sir.. now area manager is not picking my phone
