purchased an LG *KG Front Load Washing Machine (Order #***********) on **th August ****, paying the full amount upfront. The promised delivery date was **rd August ****, but even after repeated follow-ups, the product has not been delivered till date.
Despite multiple escalations (Escalation #VCP************), LG has only sent standard apology emails without providing any clear resolution or delivery date. The courier (Delhivery) has confirmed the product reached my local hub, but they are refusing to deliver it. LG is also not processing cancellation and refund.
This delay has caused serious inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial stress. I seek immediate delivery of the product OR a full refund with compensation for the trouble caused
