FAVOBLISS - Product not delivered

I had placed an order with FAVOBLISS an e commerce portal on **/**/**** (paid online the same day) for Philips Viva Collection HR****/** ***-W Hand Mixer-White. I am yet to receive the order despite contacting them by email multiple times (info@favobliss.com & sales@favobliss.com) and phone (Land line: ***-********; Mob: ********** ). They did not respond to the emails and do not pick up the land line number. The mobile number remains switched off all the time. Their web address is www.favobliss.com. All attempts to contact them on FB messenger/twitter/Instagram have not worked as well.

I had in the second week of October filed an online complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India (Docket number: *******) against FAVOBLISS. After their follow up they have advised me to approach the District Consumer Court, as they were unable to elicit any response from the company.

I am enclosing a copy of the online invoice generated from their site as proof of purchase and payment. I want FAVOBLISS to deliver the product immediately or give me a full refund.
