FAVOBLISS - Refund not given and not responding for calls or emails

Renjith TR filed complaint against FAVOBLISS on May 12, 2023

I ordered a portable BlueStar AC for RS : *****/-. And for * week I have not received any update from them. So next week I send an email to them and after *-* days they gave the reply that they can't deliver the item because their dealers are facing product out-of-stock issues. So Favobliss told they will refund the amount within * week.

But now it's completed * weeks and till now not been credited to my credit card statement. Also, they are now not responding to any emails or phone calls.
