I ordered two fans on **.**.****. on the very first date after payment I got mail that your payment is received after that no status update of my order nothing I got about my order. Today till * march I have not received my order. Even many mails were send to the company address but no revert back message is there from them nor the contact numbers displayed on their website is in working condition. I request them to refund my money back but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
