So I placed an order with them in feb, thinking they are a legit firm. That’s where my nightmare began. They consistently lie about the whereabouts of the product, “ma’am it’s stuck in customs”, “ma’am it’s in transit”, “ma’am we’ve issued your refund”. Etc etc. you cannot contact them, they only have a whatsapp number where they will contact you when they like, usually trying to sell you another product or asking you to take off your review. I’ve had it with this company, I’ve been trying to get my product or refund for the past * months. You can imagine the extent of distress and mounting sense of dread I’m facing due to my decision to EVEr shop on sololuxury.
