Solo luxury - Solo luxury is a fraud

It’s been * years since my money got stuck with this solo luxury . Initially they were good and they delivered the product I had ordered a Gucci bag worth ***** from them * years ago . Then I made an exchange request , a guy came and took the product from me . Then after *.*?years of begging and messaging them daily and complaining online , they delivered me the products worth ₹***** and my ***** was still left with them . They sent me the picture of Gucci belt and I asked them for the belt , they said that they will deliver the belt in *-* days but the balance amount need to be paid online (bank transfer ) so I trusted them again and did the transfer. I wouldn’t have done this . They never sent my product and never refunded my money . I message them daily . They don’t reply hand to hand even if they are online . Tom from solo is very rude . He cancelled my product and said I’ll initiate your refund because he didn’t want to give me the product. They did cheating . They lied many many times . And they are a big fraud . I don’t know their real names . I don’t know much about the company. But they are lack in ethics and morality . They are cheaters and liars and fraud . It’s not about just the money . It’s about the times and money both which I have invested in them . They literally made my beg and cry for products and refund .
