I have ordered a Gucci belt and paid Rs.**,***/-. The amount was paid in the bank account details provided by them.
I was promised delivery within a week, it’s been more than ** days now and they have stopped responding!
They have neither sent any p
Formal receipt of the payment and are not giving any alternative contact to confirm any details.
The website: www.sololuxury.co.in is fraudulent and so is the company.
If anyone can assist me in getting my money back, please get in touch.
